Identification and Selection of Product Suppliers - Export/Import
AustradeVietnam has the facilities and resources to identify the suppliers/purchasers of trader’s goods or services in both Vietnam and Australia. Products can vary  greatly in quality, price and performance. We see our role as researching and identifying a selection of potential traders most likely to fit the needs of respective clients The selection process is based on the standards set by our clients from which we can identify those who are most suited. The final choice is ultimately left to the client however we have the experience and skills to help guide clients through negotiations and with our local knowledge assist with the final selection to ensure both parties are satisfied with the conditions of any supply contract or arrangement.

Sourcing of Potential Business Partners
On the occasions when trade success is dependent on expanded representation we survey and screen  potential business partners, either exporters or importers, to assess their suitability and compatibility.
Appointments for negotiations are arranged to meet the timing needs of clients. Full support with the selection process can be provided.

Agency Services
AustradeVietnam provides varying levels of agency services to meet  specific needs of individual clients. Services can include word processing, administration support, marketing services, customs clearance, export documentation. Financial management and government compliance. Taxation, financial planning and forecasting services are also available.

Quality and Service Supervision
Shipment loading/unloading supervision and inspections with appropriate reporting.
Quality control inspections at suppliers factories and plants.

Office Establishment
AustradeVietnam provide the necessary services to assist Australian clients in establishing Branch Offices in Hanoi. Office premises real estate search and assistance with negotiations of lease and rental. Help with the acquisition of appropriate furniture and communication and office services is also be arranged if required.

Translation Services
Should the need arise we can arrange for the provision of qualified translators  to assist with discussions and negotiations.

Website Development
We have associated services available to assist with the development of websites for the particular needs of clients.

Conferences, Presentations, Product launches
Our staff are able to arrange your conference or presentation needs should you require. We have at our disposal capable service providers who can attend to any requirements. They can provide presentation aids such as whiteboards, screens and overhead projectors, microphones, monitors as well as the usual quality food, name tags and writing pads etc.
